Il fiume Dour è un corso d'acqua di gesso nella contea di Kent, in Inghilterra. Scorre dai villaggi di Temple Ewell e River, tra i quali si trova un quartiere servito da una stazione, Kearsney. Ha una lunghezza di circa 4 miglia.
Originariamente aveva un ampio estuario nel sito dell'attuale Dover, anche se oggi sfocia nel porto di Dover attraverso un tunnel. L'estuario era un porto naturale per gli abitanti e i commercianti dell'età del bronzo nella zona. I resti di una barca a vela dell'età del bronzo furono trovati nel 1992 e possono essere visti nel Museo di Dover.
