Whitby jernbanestation er en listet station af kategori II, som betjener byen Whitby i North Yorkshire, England. Det er endestationen for Esk Valley Line fra Middlesbrough. Stationen ligger 35 miles sydøst for Middlesbrough og drives af Northern Trains, som leverer alle stationens National Rail passagertransporttjenester. Stationen betjenes også i sommermånederne af den kulturhistoriske North Yorkshire Moors Railway, hvis linje forbinder med Esk Valley-linjen ved Grosmont.
Whitbys oprindelige jernbanestation lå nær enden af den nuværende platform, i form af kontorer, værksted og vognhus for Whitby og Pickering Railway; en enkeltsporet hestekørt linje, der blev åbnet i 1836. Dens ingeniør var George Stephenson.
