Bolton Castle er et slot fra det 14. århundrede, beliggende i Wensleydale, Yorkshire, England. Den nærliggende landsby Castle Bolton har fået sit navn fra slottet. Slottet er en bygning af klasse I og et planlagt antikt monument. Slottet blev beskadiget under den engelske borgerkrig og "slettet" bagefter, men meget af det overlevede. Det er aldrig blevet solgt og er stadig i besiddelse af efterkommerne af Scrope-familien.
