Vandpoloarenaen var et sted under Sommer-OL 2012, der blev afholdt i London fra 27. juli til 12. august 2012. Den var beliggende i det sydøstlige hjørne af Olympiaparken, ved siden af Aquatics Centre og overfor Olympiastadion på den modsatte bred af Waterworks River.
Aquatics Centre og Vandpoloarenaen var naboer i et af de mest kompakte områder af parken. For at udnytte den tilgængelige plads bedst muligt blev nogle bagvedliggende faciliteter, såsom plads til broadcastere, catering og sikkerhed, delt mellem de to venue.
