Spinnaker Tower er et 170 meter højt udsigtstårn i Portsmouth, England. Det er midtpunktet i ombygningen af Portsmouth Harbour, som blev støttet af en National Lottery bevilling. Tårnets design blev valgt af indbyggerne i Portsmouth fra et udvalg af tre forskellige designs i en offentlig afstemning i 1998. Det har tre udsigtsplatforme, som ligger oven på hinanden i højderne 100 m, 105 m og 110 m.
