Fort Fareham er et af Palmerston-fæstningerne i Fareham, England. Efter at Gosport Advanced Line af Fort Brockhurst, Fort Elson, Fort Rowner, Fort Grange og Fort Gomer var blevet godkendt af den kongelige kommission for forsvaret af Det Forenede Kongerige, blev der truffet en beslutning om at bygge en ydre linje af tre yderligere fæstninger to miles foran Gosport Advanced Line. Af disse tre planlagte fæstninger blev kun Fort Fareham bygget på grund af behovet for at spare omkostninger. Det fungerede som et hængsel mellem fæstningerne på Portsdown Hill og dem i Gosport Advanced Line, og fyldte hullet i Fareham. Det har været en bevaringsværdig bygning i klasse II siden 1976.
