Whiteabbey Hospital er et hospital beliggende nær landsbyen Whiteabbey, indenfor byen Newtownabbey, Nordirland. Hospitalet åbnede først i 1907 som The Abbey Sanitorium, centreret omkring en landejendom kendt som 'The Abbey'. Huset har stået på stedet siden 1850, og var engang residens for den fremtrædende arkitekt Charles Lanyon. Hospitalet blev udvidet og flere bygninger blev tilføjet gennem det tidlige 20. århundrede, og det blev omdøbt til Whiteabbey Hospital i 1947. Hospitalet drives af Northern Health and Social Care Trust. Mange sundhedsydelser er blevet trukket tilbage fra hospitalet, senest med lukningen af Minor Injuries Unit i 2014.
