Milos eller Melos er en vulkansk græsk ø i Det Ægæiske Hav, lige nord for Kreta. Milos er den sydvestligste ø i Kykladerne.
Venus de Milo og Asclepius fra Milos blev begge fundet på øen, ligesom en Poseidon og en arkaisk Apollo nu i Athen. Milos er en populær turistdestination om sommeren. Kommunen Milos inkluderer også de ubeboede offshore øer Antimilos og Akradies. Det samlede landareal er 160.147 kvadratkilometer, og folketællingen i 2021 havde 5193 indbyggere.
