Diolkos var en belagt vej nær Korinth i det antikke Grækenland, som gjorde det muligt at flytte både over land over Isthmus of Corinth. Genvejen gjorde det muligt for antikke fartøjer at undgå den lange og farlige omsejling af Peloponnes-halvøen. Sætningen "ligeså hurtigt som en korinthier", skrevet af den komiske dramatiker Aristofanes, indikerer, at vejbanen var almen viden og havde opnået et rygte for hurtighed.
