Philopapposmonumentet er et gammelt græsk mausoleums og monument dedikeret til Gaius Julius Antiochus Epiphanes Philopappos eller Philopappus, en prins fra Kongeriget Commagene. Det ligger på Mouseion Hill i Athen, Grækenland, sydvest for Akropolis.
Philopappos døde i 116, og hans død forårsagede stor sorg for hans søster Julia Balbilla, Atheniens borgere og muligvis den kejserlige familie. Som en dedikation til at ære mindet om Philopappos opførte Balbilla sammen med Atheniens borgere en gravstruktur på Muses Hill nær Akropolis i Athen. Hans marmorregeringsmonument er stadig kendt som Philopapposmonumentet, og bakken er i dag kendt som Philopappou Hill.
