Spetses er en eksklusiv og velstående ø i Attika, Grækenland. Den er inkluderet som en af de Saroniske Øer. Indtil 1948 var den en del af den gamle præfektur Argolis og Corinthia Præfektur, som nu er opdelt i Argolis og Corinthia. I oldtiden var den kendt som Pityussa; Spetses er et lån fra italiensk spezie "krydderier".
