Det kroatiske parlament eller Sabor er den enkammerlige lovgivende forsamling i Republikken Kroatien. I henhold til betingelserne i den kroatiske forfatning repræsenterer Sabor folket og er tildelt lovgivende magt. Sabor består af 151 medlemmer, der vælges til en fireårig periode på grundlag af direkte, universel og lige stemmeret ved hemmelig afstemning. Pladserne fordeles i henhold til de kroatiske parlamentsvalgdistrikter: 140 medlemmer af parlamentet vælges i flertalsvalgkredse. Yderligere tre pladser er reserveret til diasporan og kroater i Bosnien-Hercegovina, mens nationale minoriteter har otte pladser reserveret i parlamentet. Sabor ledes af en formand, som assisteres af mindst en næstformand.
