Floden Foyle er en flod i vestlige Ulster i nordvest på øen Irland, som flyder fra sammenløbet af floderne Finn og Mourne ved byerne Lifford i grevskabet Donegal, Republikken Irland, og Strabane i grevskabet Tyrone, Nordirland. Herfra flyder den til byen Derry, hvor den udmunder i Lough Foyle og endelig i Atlanterhavet. Den samlede længde af floden Foyle er 32 km. Floden adskiller en del af grevskabet Donegal fra dele af både grevskabet Londonderry og grevskabet Tyrone. Distriktet i grevskabet Donegal, der grænser op til den vestlige bred af floden Foyle, er traditionelt kendt som Laggan. Dette distrikt inkluderer landsbyerne St. Johnston og Carrigans, som begge ligger ved bredden af floden.
