Der har været forskellige myter om, at Huntington slot er blevet plaget af spøgelser fra druiderne i markerne og endda i slottet. Det siges, at druiderne kunne, med et enkelt slag, skabe en tåge; tænde ild efter forgodtbefindende; og bringe regn af blod. De blev frygtet, fordi de ville ofre mænd og kvinder for at behage deres guder. Det har også en brønd, der aldrig er løbet tør, og på grund af det har det reddet slottet fra belejring i mange tilfælde.
