Castleblayney er en by i County Monaghan, Irland. Byen havde en befolkning på 3.607 ifølge folketællingen fra 2016. Castleblayney ligger tæt på grænsen til County Armagh i Nordirland og befinder sig ved N2-vejen fra Dublin til Derry og Letterkenny.
Byen ligger oven for den vestlige bred af Lough Muckno, den største sø i County Monaghan. Floden Fane strømmer østover fra søen til Det Iriske Hav ved Dundalk i County Louth. Som det irske navn på søen antyder, er området associeret med Black Pig's Dyke, som også lokalt i dele af amterne Cavan og Monaghan er kendt som Worm Ditch, en gammel grænse fra jernalderen i Ulster.
