Ruinerne i Monasterboice er resterne af en tidlig kristen monastisk bosættelse i County Louth i Irland, nord for Drogheda. Ruinerne er et nationalt monument i Irland og giver også navn til den lokale landsby.
Navnet Monasterboice er en delvis anglicisering af det irske navn Mainistir Bhuithe, der betyder "klosteret for Buithe". Det blev tidligere angliciseret som Monasterboye og Monasterboyse. Boice er den engelske version af det latinske navn Boecius, som blev vedtaget som ækvivalente til det irske Buithe.
