Windy Arbour er en lille forstad landsby i Dundrum-området i Dublin, Irland. Beliggende mellem Dundrum og Milltown, langs bredden af Slang-floden.
Navnet på området var oprindeligt irsk Na Glasáin, "det grønne land"; dette blev angliciseret til 'Glassons'. Navnet Windy Harbour eller Sandy Arbour blev senere anvendt, idet det henviste til et landingspunkt ved Slang-floden. En stivelsesmølle var tidligere placeret der. "Arbour" havde engang betydningen “græsplæne, græsplot, have”; det er muligt, at navnet var beregnet som en direkte oversættelse af glasáin.
