Windy Arbour es una pequeña aldea suburbana en el área de Dundrum de Dublín, Irlanda. Situada entre Dundrum y Milltown, a lo largo de las orillas del río Slang.
El nombre del área era originalmente irlandés Na Glasáin, "la tierra verde"; esto fue anglicanizado como 'Glassons'. Más tarde se aplicó el nombre Windy Harbour o Sandy Arbour, refiriéndose a un punto de desembarque en el río Slang. Allí se encontraba anteriormente un molino de almidón. "Arbour" una vez tuvo el significado de “parcela de césped, jardín”; es posible que el nombre se pretendiera como una traducción directa de glasáin.
