Windy Arbour est un petit village suburbain dans la zone de Dundrum à Dublin, en Irlande. Situé entre Dundrum et Milltown, le long des rives de la rivière Slang.
Le nom de la région était à l'origine en irlandais Na Glasáin, "la terre verte" ; cela a été anglicisé en 'Glassons'. Le nom Windy Harbour ou Sandy Arbour a été appliqué plus tard, faisant référence à un point d'atterrissage sur la rivière Slang. Une usine d'amidonnage y était autrefois située. "Arbour" avait autrefois le sens de “parcelle d'herbe, pelouse, jardin” ; il est possible que le nom ait été destiné comme une traduction directe de glasáin.
