Frescati House var et georgiansk hus og ejendom beliggende i Blackrock, Dublin. Det blev bygget i 1739 for familien til John Hely Hutchinson, provsten for Trinity College.
I det attende århundrede blev Blackrock foretrukket af de velhavende i Irland og voksede til en moderigtig kystdestination. Gentryen fra de smogfyldte områder i Dublin rykkede ind i området for at omfavne havluften. Det var omkring denne periode, at en række marine villaer blev bygget omkring Blackrock - herunder Maretimo, Carysfort, Lios an Uisce, Sans Souci og andre.
