Sankt Andreas Kirke er en romersk-katolsk kirke beliggende på Westland Row i Dublin, Irlands republik. Byggeriet begyndte i 1832, og den åbnede for offentlig gudstjeneste i 1834, men blev ikke færdig før i 1837.
Arkitekten, der blev udnævnt til at designe kirken, var John Bolger. Han brugte dog planerne for en tidligere kirke i Townsend Street, som var designet af James Leeson. Assistance blev modtaget fra Francis Johnston og James Lever. Taget blev lavet af Richard Turner. Kirkens udvendige har en dorisk portiko med en statue af Sankt Andreas, udført af John Smyth, søn af Edward Smyth, skulptør af de flodskulpturer ved Toldhuset.
