Byen Waterford i den sydøstlige del af Irland blev belejret to gange i 1649 og 1650 under den kromwellianske erobring af Irland. Byen blev besat af irske konfødererede katolikker under general Richard Farrell og engelske royalistiske tropper under general Thomas Preston. Den blev belejret af engelske parlamentariske styrker under Oliver Cromwell, Michael Jones og Henry Ireton.
