Gweedore er et irsktalende distrikt og sogn beliggende på Atlanterhavskysten i County Donegal i den nordvestlige del af Irland. Gweedore strækker sig omkring 26 kilometer fra Glasserchoo i nord til Crolly i syd og omkring 14 kilometer fra Dunlewey i øst til Magheraclogher i vest, og er et af Europas mest tætbefolkede landområder. Det er det største irsktalende sogn i Irland med en befolkning på omkring 4.065, og er også hjemsted for de nordvestlige regionale studier af den irsksprogede radiotjeneste RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta, samt en ekstern campus af National University of Ireland, Galway. Gweedore inkluderer landsbyerne Bunbeg, Derrybeg, Dunlewey, Crolly og Brinlack, og ligger i skyggen af County Donegals højeste top, Errigal.
