Floden Erne i den nordvestlige del af øen Irland er den næ longest flod i Ulster, der flyder gennem Nordirland og Republikken Irland og danner en del af deres grænse.
Erne udspringer på den østlige skråning af Slieve Glah-bjerget tre miles syd for Cavan i County Cavan, Republikken Irland, og flyder 80 miles gennem Lough Gowna, Lough Oughter og Øverste og Nedre Lough Erne, County Fermanagh, Nordirland, til havet ved Ballyshannon, County Donegal tilbage i Republikken. Floden er 120 kilometer lang og bruges til fluefiskeri efter ørred og laks, med en række fiskevand langs både floden selv og dens bifloder. Byen Enniskillen ligger for det meste på en ø i floden, mellem Øverste og Nedre Lough Erne. Den er forbundet med floden Shannon via Shannon–Erne Vandvejen.
