Killeshandra eller Killashandra er en landsby i County Cavan, Irland. Det ligger 20 kilometer nordvest for Cavan Town i centrum af County Cavans søland og geoparkområde samt i Erne-vandløbets miljø af floder, søer, vådområder og skov. Sammen med Lough Oughter Special Protected Area er det blevet anerkendt af EU-programmet for dyreliv Natura 2000 siden 2010. Killeshandra er bemærket af Fáilte Ireland som et "Angling Centre of Excellence" og som et knudepunkt for Cavan Walking Festival, der finder sted hver maj. Der er adskillige sløjfevandrestier og cykelstier i Killykeen Forest Park. Byen er også hjem for Killeshandra Gaelic Football Club, lokalt kendt som Killeshandra Leaguers. Rockfield Lake, der er populært blandt fiskere, ligger et par kilometer sydvest for byen.
