Clonakilty ("Clonakilty af skovene"), nogle gange forkortet til Clon, er en by i County Cork, Irland. Byen ligger ved rækken af den tidevandsramte Clonakilty Bugt. Det landlige bagland anvendes primært til mælkeproduktion. Byens befolkning i 2016 var 4.592. Byen er et turistcentrum i Vest-Cork og blev anerkendt som "Bedste By i Europa" i 2017 og "Årets Bedste Sted" i 2017 af Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland. Clonakilty ligger i Cork Sydvest valgkreds, som har tre pladser.
