Blackrock Slot er en kastelagtig befæstning beliggende i Blackrock, cirka 2 km fra Corks bycentrum ved bredden af floden Lee i Irland. Oprindeligt udviklet som en kystforsvarsbefæstning i det 16. århundrede for at beskytte den øverste del af Cork Harbour og havnen, huser stedet nu et observatorium, besøgscenter og restaurant.
