Kenmare er en lille by i den sydlige del af County Kerry, Irland. Navnet Kenmare er den angliciserede form af Ceann Mara, der betyder "havets hoved", som henviser til hovedet af Kenmare Bay.
Kenmare ligger ved hovedet af Kenmare Bay, som nogle gange kaldes Kenmare River, hvor Roughty River flyder ud i havet, og ved krydset mellem Iveragh-halvøen og Beara-halvøen. Det traditionelle irske navn for bugten var Inbhear Scéine fra det keltiske inver, som er nævnt i det 11. århundredes fortælling Lebor Gabála Érenn som ankomstpunkt for den mytologiske irske forfader Partholón. Det ligger også nær Macgillycuddy's Reeks, Mangerton Mountain og Caha Mountains og er et populært mål for vandreture i bjerge. Nærliggende byer og landsbyer er Tuosist, Ardgroom, Glengarriff, Kilgarvan, Killarney, Templenoe og Sneem.
