Vores Dames Hospital er en sundhedsinstitution beliggende i Manorhamilton, County Leitrim, Irland. Det ledes af Saolta University Health Care Group.
Faciliteten, som blev bestilt for at erstatte det Kirurgiske Hospital, Manorhamilton, åbnede i juli 1954. Det var den største bygning, der blev konstrueret i byen siden Manorhamilton Slot. Efter at der blev bestilt nyt røntgenudstyr til hospitalet, var røntgentjenester, som midlertidigt var blevet suspenderet, planlagt til at genoptage i oktober 2019, men mangel på personale førte til yderligere forsinkelser.
