Byen ligger inde i dalen, der gennemløbes af åen Vrenda og ligger mellem bjergene Ere og Crovino mod nord og nordøst, bjerget Fontanelle, Oliven og de Tre Cornelli mod syd. Vallio ligger fem kilometer fra Gavardo.
