Grauno er en fraktion af kommunen Altavalle og var indtil 2016 en selvstændig kommune i Trentino i den autonome region Trentino-Sydtyrol.
Grauno ligger cirka 22 kilometer nordøst for Trento på en højde af 976 m.s.l.m. på den orografisk højre dalside af Cembradal, som afvandres af Avisio. Kommunen tilhørte dalfællesskabet Comunità della Valle di Cembra og grænsede direkte op til Sydtyrol. Nabokommuner var Capriana, Grumes, Sover og den sydtyrolske kommune Salurn.
