La Spezia; A Spèza på den lokale Spezzino-dialekt) er hovedstaden i provinsen La Spezia og ligger ved indgangen til Gulf of La Spezia i den sydlige del af Ligurien-regionen i Italien.
La Spezia er den næststørste by i Ligurien-regionen efter Genova. Beliggende cirka midt imellem Genova og Pisa, ved det liguriske hav, er det en af de vigtigste italienske militære og kommercielle havne samt en betydelig italiensk flådebase. Som en populær kystferiested er det også et vigtigt jernbaneknudepunkt og er kendt for sine museer, for Palio del Golfo-roning samt for jernbane- og bådforbindelser med Cinque Terre.
