Gera Lario er en italiensk kommune med 1.060 indbyggere i provinsen Como i Lombardiet. Det er en del af det montane samfund i Alto Lario Occidentale og gennemløbes af floden San Vincenzo, hvor der også er et kraftværk.
Området blev besøgt af romerne. Dette bekræftes af en nekropolis opdaget nær landsbyen Sant'Agata og fundet, nær kirken San Vincenzo, af et mosaik fra det 13. århundrede og en overligger fra et tempel dedikeret til Jupiter. På denne sidste genstand er der en mindeindskrift om et løfte afgivet til den nævnte guddom af den forromerske befolkning af Auneuniates. Gera var desuden gennemgået af via Regina, en romersk vej, der forbinder den flodmæssige havn i Cremona med Clavenna, ved at passere Mediolanum.
