Kollegiatkirken Saint Ursus er en kollegial kirke i Aosta, Norditalien, dedikeret til Saint Ursus af Aosta.
Den oprindelige kirke havde en enkelt sal, afgrænset af en halvcirkelformet apsis. Den blev helt genopbygget i det 9. århundrede, i den Karolingiske periode. Senere renoverede biskop Anselm af Aosta kirken yderligere og indførte en basilika-plan med tre skibe med trækonstruktioner. Disse blev erstattet af gotiske krydshvælv i det 15. århundrede.
