Santo Spirito in Sassia er et tidligere hospice i Rom. Det var et af de største middelalderlige hospitaler og en vigtig forskningsinstitution for de medicinske videnskaber og farmakologi i den tidlige moderne tid.
Bygningskomplekset på den højre Tiberbred er placeret på en rummelig tre-sidet grund, der er omsluttet af gaderne Lungotevere in Sassia, Borgo Santo Spirito, Via de' Penitenzi og Via di Porta S. Spirito samt Piazza della Rovere.
Det omfatter udover den navngivne kirke „Santo Spirito in Sassia“ med et klokketårn fra tidlig renaissance Conservatorio delle Zitelle, Palazzo del Commendatore, Corsia Sistiana, en hospitalsal opført under Sixtus IV, Sala Alessandrina, hvor Museo Storico dell'Arte Sanitaria i dag er placeret, samt flere gårde, springvand og mindre sidebygninger.
