Kirken Santa Maria Assunta er en basilika på øen Torcello, Venedig, i det nordlige Italien. Det er et bemærkelsesværdigt eksempel på sen paleokristian arkitektur, en af de ældste religiøse bygninger i Veneto, og indeholder de tidligste mosaikker i Venedig-området.
Ifølge en gammel inskription blev den grundlagt af eksark Isaac af Ravenna i 639, da Torcello stadig var en rival til den unge nærliggende bosættelse i Venedig.
