San Nicolò al Lido refererer både til San Nicolò Kirke og vigtigst af alt til dens tilknyttede Kloster San Nicolò, som ligger i Venedig, Norditalien. Det ligger i den nordlige del af Lido di Venezia og huser relikvierne af Sankt Nikolaj, beskytter af sømænd. Fra denne kirke fejres den traditionelle takke Messe for Sposalizio del Mare. Komplekset huser munke af den franciskanske orden.
