Amalfi-kysten er et stræk af kystlinie i det sydlige Italien, der vender ud mod Det Tyrrhenske Hav og Salerno-bugten. Det ligger syd for Sorrentinehalvøen og nord for Cilentan-kysten.
Verdensberømt for sit middelhavslandskab og naturlige mangfoldighed, er kysten opkaldt efter byen Amalfi, som udgør dens hovedhistoriske og politiske centrum. Det er et meget populært jet-set-rejsemål og har været en attraktion for overklasse-europæere siden det 18. århundrede, da det ofte var et stop på deres Grand Tours. En attraktion for tusinder af internationale turister af alle klasser hvert år, blev Amalfi-kysten optaget på UNESCO's verdensarvsliste i 1997.
