Badia a Passignano er en bydel i den italienske kommune Barberino Tavarnelle i storbyen Firenze, regionen Toscana.
Stedet ligger ca. 6 km nordøst for Tavarnelle Val di Pesa og ca. 20 km syd for provins- og regionshovedstaden Firenze i den vestlige del af Chianti fiorentino og i dalen af Pesa. Floden Pesa strømmer ca. 2 km syd for. Stedet ligger 341 m s.l.m. og havde i 2001 ca. 52 indbyggere. I 2011 havde stedet 40 indbyggere. Nærmeste sted er Sambuca Val di Pesa.
