Det Europæiske Universitetsinstitut, eller EUI, i Fiesole, Italien, er et internationalt postdoktoralt uddannelses- og forskningsinstitut, der blev grundlagt i 1976 af medlemmerne af Det Europæiske Fællesskab for at bidrage til kulturelle og videnskabelige udviklinger inden for samfundsvidenskab fra et europæisk perspektiv. Instituttet består af fire akademiske afdelinger: økonomi, historie, jura samt politiske og sociale videnskaber. Derudover huser det også Robert Schuman Center for Advanced Studies, et tværfagligt center for policy-støttende forskning. Det tværfaglige Max Weber postdoctorale program har siden 2006 samlet cirka sexti nyuddannede forskere fra hele verden hvert år. Siden 2017 har instituttet også organiseret School of Transnational Governance.
