San Siro er den ældste kirke i Sanremo, Ligurien, Italien, beliggende i den historiske centrum på den samme plads. Konkatedralen for bispedømmet Ventimiglia-Sanremo er opkaldt efter den hellige Syrus og bærer desuden titlen som en Basilica minor. Kirken, der også kaldes katedralen i Sanremo, blev bygget i det 12. århundrede i romansk-gotisk stil og var i en periode barokiseret.
