Chiuro er en italiensk kommune med 2.399 indbyggere i provinsen Sondrio i Lombardiet. Den ligger i den mellemliggende Valtellina på højre bred af floden Adda, som ligger cirka 10 kilometer øst for hovedbyen.
I 1959 fandt Maria Reggiani Rajna to forhistoriske steler, der var indsat i muren af en vingård nær landsbyen Castionetto, som i øjeblikket opbevares på Museum Valtellinese di Storia e Arte di Sondrio.
