Bygget i 1720, begyndte det som Kirken for Broderskabet af Sankt Antonius af Padua og blev senere centrum for Broderskabet af Sankt Julian og Euno, beskyttere af "bastasi, siggittieri og portaroba". Dette broderskab var grundlagt i Palermo i 1649 af bærere og arbejdere af båre, som valgte de to helgener martyrer fra Alexandria.
Kirken er en enkelt skib, med et rosetvinduet på facaden og et klokketårn-loggia. I en niche over alteret er der en statue af den hellige Taumaturg, mens der på højre væg hænger et maleri af den hellige Sebastian.
