Hesperange Slot er et slot i ruiner beliggende over byen Hesperange i det sydlige Luxembourg.
Slottet stammer sandsynligvis fra begyndelsen af det 13. århundrede, da greverne af Luxembourg gav Hesperange til herrerne af Rodenmacher, som tog parti med franskmændene, da borgognere erobrede Luxembourg i 1443. Maximilian af Østrig nedrev slottet mellem 1480 og 1482 efter kampene mod Gerard af Rodenmacher. Efter at franskmændene erobrede slottet i 1796, nationaliserede den franske regering det og solgte det på auktion i 1798, -delene af ruinerne blev solgt individuelt- og i 1820 stod syv hus på slottsgrundene. Nu er det et nationalmonument, selvom ruinerne stadig er i privat eje.
