Herberget af Castilien er en historisk bygning i Valletta, Maltas hovedstad. Bygningen er i brug af Maltas premierminister. Han holder kontor der, og bruger også bygningen til at mødes med sit ministerråd.
Da Valletta blev bygget som Maltas nye hovedstad omkring 1570, var der behov for bygninger som kunne huse ridderne fra de forskellige Langues. I 1574 begyndte den maltesiske arkitekt Glormu Cassar at bygge Herberget af Castilien for Langue de Castilien, en af de mest magtfulde Langues inden for ordenen. Bygningen blev betydeligt udvidet i 1741 under ledelse af Andrea Belli.
