Saint James Cavalier er en 1600-tals cavalier i Valletta, Malta, som blev bygget af Ordenen af St. Johannes. Det overplantes St. James' Bastion, en stor obtusvinklet bastion, der danner en del af Valletta Land Front. St. James var en af ni planlagte cavalierer i byen, men til sidst blev der kun bygget to, den anden var den identiske Saint John's Cavalier. Den blev designet af den italienske militæringeniør Francesco Laparelli, mens dens konstruktion blev overvåget af hans maltesiske assistent Girolamo Cassar. St. James Cavalier har aldrig været i brug i nogen militær konflikt, men det spillede en rolle under Præsternes Opstand i 1775.
