Klooster Ter Apel er et tidligere kloster fra det 15. århundrede i den sydøstlige del af provinsen Groningen nær landsbyen Ter Apel. Konventbygningen anvendes som museum for kloster- og kirkehistorie samt religiøs kunst under navnet Museum Klooster Ter Apel. Klosterets tidligere lægmandskirke fungerer som reformert kirke. Denne Boschkirke udgør klosterets sydfløj. Overfor klosteret stod tidligere klosterets bryggeri og bageri. Efter klosterets ophævelse blev her etableret Commandeurshuset fra byen Groningen og senere Hotel Boschhuis.
