De Casteelse Poort er et lille museum i den hollandske by Wageningen. Museet tilbyder både permanente og midlertidige udstillinger om historien om Wageningen, men også udstillinger af moderne kunst i det såkaldte Koetshuis. Museet er beliggende i bygningen Villa Vada, som blev bygget i det nittende århundrede ved brug af rester af portbygningen fra det sekstende århundrede slot i Wageningen.
