Slot Duurstede er en middelalderborg i Wijk bij Duurstede i provinsen Utrecht i Nederlandene.
Borgen blev grundlagt i det 13. århundrede. Omkring 1270 opførte Zweder I. van Zuylen van Abcoude et fritstående belltårn på et forhøjet og grøfteromgivet område nær den tabte by Dorestad. Indtil begyndelsen af det 15. århundrede var Slot Duurstede i besiddelse af familien van Zuylen van Abcoude, indtil de i 1449 blev tvunget til at sælge det til biskopperne i Utrecht.
