Neeltje Jans er en kunstig ø i Nederlandene i provinsen Zeeland, halvvejs mellem Noord-Beveland og Schouwen-Duiveland i Oosterschelde. Den blev konstrueret for at lette bygningen af Oosterscheldedammen.
Efter konstruktionen blev der bygget en forlystelsespark med attraktioner og andre forskellige udstillinger på øen, som nu er forbundet med kysten gennem dæmningen. En anden tilføjelse til øen er et naturreservat.
